The biggest problem I found was the crappy food is prison. We didn't get much more than cereal or an egg & toast for breakfast.. 6g of protein aint gonna get you no where. I was locked up for 2 months and lost over 12kg. I did the gym but the food was so shit your muscles would takes a very long time to repair.

Good luck with it and I hope the food is better where you're going than it was where I went!
