    protein cereal

    My freind just told me about this cereal. It called protein plus.
    So I justed picked some up today at pathmark. 1 gram of fat
    24 grams of carbs and 12 gram protein.

    Is it soy protein? Soy has been shown to increase estrogen levels.

    Lots of sugar in it too, but it's damn good, and without milk, I can eat handfulls of it dry.
