Ok, I understand the general cycle of clen, but as far as taking them. Do you take them all in the morning at the same time, or every 2 hours of so ?

another question if they come in .02mcg .....what is an mcg and does it equal 20mg ?

Split the dosage throughout the day. I took about 40mcg at a time...
