Alright, I just turned 30 and i am 5'10" and weight close to 180 pounds. I am now finally serious about getting the body i want. Only problem is that i have no clue how to achieve this goal. I cant do anything about my babyface but i can do something about my body looking like a 16 year old. I have been working out for 2 months 5-6 days a week and need something to help me get results. As a beginner what would you suggest taking for my first cycle and i heard that 80% of bodybuilding is dieting correctly. I am learning but need help on what and when to eat to gain muscle?.
