    need experienced advise

    Alright, I just turned 30 and i am 5'10" and weight close to 180 pounds. I am now finally serious about getting the body i want. Only problem is that i have no clue how to achieve this goal. I cant do anything about my babyface but i can do something about my body looking like a 16 year old. I have been working out for 2 months 5-6 days a week and need something to help me get results. As a beginner what would you suggest taking for my first cycle and i heard that 80% of bodybuilding is dieting correctly. I am learning but need help on what and when to eat to gain muscle?.     I don't think anyone here is going to tell you its a good idea to cycle anything now. If your just starting off and want to get some gains you need to have your diet and training in place for a couple years and I guarantee you, you will see fantastic results the natural way.

    look at the stickies at the top of this forum...yes your correct that diet is most important...

    Personally I would reccommend weights 3 days a week...with cardio depending on your goals...

    After you look at the sticky you should post a rough draft diet so we can help you with your diet that youve written out...
