I'm thinking I'd like to take 2-3 cycles per year from this point on.
I've been reading the forums for a while but may have missed any informative posts on long term side effects.
I don't plan on ever getting into really heavy doses. Would like to stay under 1g per week, and would like to top out my bodyweight around 255lbs.
What kind of long term effects am I risking with a clean diet and good pct if any?
I know many of the guys here are long term users and would like to hear some experiences.

i am a power lifter but even i use reps in the 8-15range when i trying build muscle.......3 reps on the curl will only wreck your joints and you wont be hitting the muscle correctly.it depends on your goal,if you wana put on muscle you need to increase those reps!
