This is my diet i have only listed my pro source for right now because i wont be back at my house till next week so i was just trying to get some quick advice, but all opinions please help.
11am-4Eggs,Pro Shake1/2 scoop=44g
430-1/2 can salmon=42g
630-1/2 can salmon=42g
730-PWO pro shake=40g
work out
930,10-PWO pro shake,6egg whites,2 hamburger=116g <---to Much?
bed Cup cottage cheese=24g
this equals 290, i only need 265 and remember this is only my pro i will include everything else on another thread when i have time.
