    My Diet Opinions?

    This is my diet i have only listed my pro source for right now because i wont be back at my house till next week so i was just trying to get some quick advice, but all opinions please help.

    11am-4Eggs,Pro Shake1/2 scoop=44g
    430-1/2 can salmon=42g
    630-1/2 can salmon=42g
    730-PWO pro shake=40g
    work out
    930,10-PWO pro shake,6egg whites,2 hamburger=116g <---to Much?
    bed Cup cottage cheese=24g

    this equals 290, i only need 265 and remember this is only my pro i will include everything else on another thread when i have time.

    Since your concerned about getting too much protein, I'll assume you're cutting. If you do your PWO the correct way, ie. 2:1 ratio of Dex:Whey, then the fat in the hamburgers will hurt you. Take them out. There is really nothing else to say, details are nill.

    I think you need a small meal or something between 11a.m. and 4:30, thats along time with no food.

    No im bulking. this was just a quick thing i put togething in 5 min. like i said ill include more details when i have more time

    I go 2-3g of protein for every pound of lbm. Even more if anabolics are used. 1.5g per pound would seem more of a cutting diet and/or a really lean bulk. And yeah, like Kman said, 5 1/2 hours is waaaayyy too long to go without a meal regardless if you're cutting or bulking. I think you need to be worried about timing your meals more effectively as apposed to 25g excess of protein on a bulk. JMHO

    And like I previously stated, don't mix fat with your PWO shake. That's just dosen't make any sense. And there isn't any way you can utilize 115g of protein in 1 meal. It's a waste. PWO needs to be 2g dextrose (some prefer other carb sources) for every 1g of protein. So unless you're taking in 230g of carbs for PWO......
