Really Confused

Im stillin the progress of planning my first cycle:

10 weeks
400mg test cyp EW

I know its basic, but i want to keep it that way for my first cycle. I have been reading a shit load on all of the PCT, because that seems to be the most confusing part for me. I am so confused as to what to take for a PCT for this simple cycle. Someone please point me in the right direction. Would I just keep it 50mg clomid ED for 2 weeks, 18 days after the last test injection? Anything WHILE im on the cycle? Nolva? I really dont know. Thanks a ton for the help.

I forgot to mention, if I dont have to take clomid i dont want to. It seems a lot of people have bad side effects with it...

You have two choices. You start PCT 18 days after your last shot, You can do either of theses

Day 1-30 Clomid 100mg a Day
Day 1-30 Nolvadex 20mg ED

OR

Week 1 of PCT
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E 1000 IU/day
Week2
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E: 1000 iu/day
Week 3
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, Aromasin 20mg/day, Vit. E: 1000 IU/day
Week 4
Nolvadex: 20mg/day, Aromasin 20mg/day
Week 5
Nolvadex: 20mg/day
Week 6
Nolvadex: 20mg/day


If you want you can also do 10mg of Nolvadex ED throughout the cycle as well.
