    Welcome..

How long are your work outs?

Generally speaking before you turn to substances such as clen you should have your diet and training in check.

My Workouts Vary. Mostly I Do Cardio For 60-75 Minutes. And Before I Turned To Clen I Did Try Just Dieting And Didnt Get Anywhere. A Friend Told Me About Clen And I Did Research But Not Enough. So Here I Am Kinda Stuck. The Diet I Am Doing Is Low Fat/low Sugar. Any Advice?

Weight training wont always bulk you up, weight training is great for burning fat aswell as getting bigger and stronger, go to the workout forum and ask how to weight train for your particular goals, mixing cardio and weights in my opinion is defo the way to go, the main reason for me is variety "the spice of life" trust me you wont get board doing this. Gud luk on all your goals.

i wousl like to start off by saying i dont' knwo near as much as everyone else, but i do know that i was gettign kind of heavy around last nov and i started doing cardio like crazy. i was dropping really really slowly, so a friend suggested weight training. i had the same misconceptions that you do (oh god, i'm going to get bulky, i'm going to gain weight) but the way i looked at it, i was already bulky. with cellulite.
so, make a long story short, i listened to the advice, added weight training and i swear to you when i did that is when the fat started melting away. now, i LOVE lifting and i LOVE the way a muscular, strong female looks.
moral of the story...just hit the weights. stop looking at the scale. start paying attention to how many pants sizes you are dropping. and portion control. that's all i can say. . . oh yeah and try boxing or kickboxing it gives you something to work towards other then just aesthetics and it will whip your ass into shape real quick.
