Firstly i ain't planning on doing this stack .. yet .. its just for reasearch

1 what times during the day would be best to take these 3

2 can u cycle icf for 4 weeks then slin for 4 etc

If you type in HGH, IGF and insulin in the search tab, you will get plenty of info regarding your question. Yes you can take IGF for 4 weeks then slin for another 4 and so on. Most will take GH in the AM, around 2pm and some take it before bed time as well. They are the common dose times. Many take IGF PWO.
