Just wondering how long it usually takes for noticable results. I have ramped up 20/40/60/80 and am on 100 as of today. I'll possibly go a little higher, 120-140, then keep it there for a few days and ramp back down. Just wondering if it has to build up first or if it starts working right away. So far I'm seeing no greater progress than when I was just doing cardio and keeping my diet as it is (diet is fine, PCF 50/25/25)
