I guess I'm paranoid but after doing heavy research on the forums I started my lean mass building diet and included nitric oxide 15 minutes before lifting called Super Charge by Labrada. It does Gives me energy and an awesome pump but Im also taking Ultra Feul right after I lift which has 400 calories 100 grams of carbs and 29 grams of sugar. The Ultra Feul compliments my protein shake which has 40 grams of protein + another 7 grams from the fat free milk. My diet says you must take the protein amount and double that # with dextrose carbs for PWO nutrition. Both these products (Super charge and ultra feul) I take within an hour and 1/2 from each other. Is it safe to take both products so close to each other? The Super Charge has not only the nitric oxide but a bunch of other stuff which sounds real good but who knows? Oh, I also take Kre-alkalyn creatine 3 times per day, one pill in the AM, 1 before I lift and 1 after I lift with the ultra feul. The kre-alkalyn says 1 gram equal to 10 grams of creatine! So before I started kre-alkalyn the regular powder was only one time daily at 10 grams which prab half doesn't make it into my body. The kre-alkalyn is suppose to be 10 times more absorbent so that means 3 pills daily is 22.5 grams of creatine, which is like triple then what I'm used to taking! I know any nitric oxide product your suppose to be careful with as the label reads too much (prab if you OD'd on it)could cause a heart attack. Are these products safe? I'm 190 lbs 32 years old with 9% body fat and in great shape with no health problems. Being that my friends do AS they laugh and tell me to stop being a pussy but I'm always conscience about my health which is my #1 priority. Thanks so much for any reply!!
