Yes I would run some length of PCT. It will suppress, not shut down.
You can expect strength to go up, a drop in body fat and vascularity to rise sharply. Weight might just stay the same with an exchange of fat for muscle.
I would do 8 weeks minimum if I were you.
I do not recommend teenagers use any gear, so I would say to skip it and take some creatine, continue to improve on diets and workouts for a couple more years.
