take it all in the morn... u wont want to take it b4 ur workout because it elevates ur heart rate and will most likely kill ur workout, also dont take it to close to when u go to sleep as it will keep u awake.
as tycin said, do it all in the early part of the day. Way before workouts and way before you sleep. its hard to sleep when your hyped up/shaking/increase HR/etc.
I take it first thing in the morning and around 2 in the afternoon. Any later and I wont sleep that night !!!
Just figure out what works for you. Me personally take 150mcg's in a serving and can go right to sleep, my heart rate never increases, dont sweat and dont shake. Everyone reacts different, some people shake some dont, some get acne on cycle some dont. I would say take it whenever you want depending on how you react to it. If it hypes you up then keep it in the a.m. like the other bro's suggested. if it doesnt bother you then dont worry too much about when you take it. Thats my advice. I would however also say that you should try to keep it around the same time each day, i mean dont take it 6am one day and then wait till midnight the next day so its like 40hrs in between, just be consistent however you decide to run it.
