190 first pic second 170 compare the two? I am probably a little short of 1 or 2% body fat but for that last fight I was strong felt a lot better then the at 170.

Umm wouldn't 1-2% bodyfat = dead once you got into any sort of impact?
Your BF probably is 8-9%, imo.
Muay tai, I would love to show pics of my fights but I cant it might come back to me. Cycles have been always weak 500 mg of some test with a little of tren to make me more agressive. Thats about it. I cant do to much becuase then it interfears with my punches my delts get to big to movemy quands can only go so far because of all the training usually 1 hour jogging a day with another 1 hours bag and shadow , then sparring 3 times a week. So the cardio holds me down. But keeps my stamina nice and high.

I robably am going to bulk up one more time just try to hit 230 so maybe I can be about 200 at 8 % I will try in november until march

Height a little shy of 5 "10, wed065 my lower legs do get extremely big if I do no cardio also when fighting this is the shape they get. I am not a bodybuilder but I try to get to that with my training when I am not training for a fight and cut back the cardio to only 3 times a week it does improve my size. I will not be fifghting any time soon so I will show my pics of just training at the gym in then next 4 months and I do get more fuller. As of cycles its always been under 500mg of some test and tren. Tried winstrol, anavar, primobolan, sustanon, deca there all not for me. I always stay with prop or enan, tren, alittle eq 200mg for the joints.I do usually test at 500 mg a week with something else like tren acetate with enathate. Then Pct I do like d bol for the biginning of a cycle.I have been doing this for the last 2 years 3 months on 6 months off 3 months on. Prior to that it was uneducated so they dont count like 2 months pyramid up to 400mg then back down until I reach 100 mg garbage. Thats what happens when you listen to others, educate yourself first also my diet prior to that was a joke I must admitt that AR help alot. I always stay with prop or enan as a base.
we look nearly identical except i'm 5'5" 186 right now, you got me by 5 inches. awesome work, 230 will be HUGE.
