I have been cutting for 5 weeks, I have gone from 199lbs to 192lbs. I am real happy so far with the results. My question is that I have been on a strict 1900 calorie diet. Now that was a bit below my maintenance calories when I was 199lbs. Now that I am 192lbs my maintenance cals are lower obviously. I am doing cardio 3 times a week. Should I lower the cals, if so which ones, protein, fat or carbs, or should I just up the cardio to 4-5 times a week and see if I can burn a few more lbs.

What do you guys think. Lower cals or more cardio.
