Ive been on clen this week, taking it text book, taurine, water, etc. BUT, when I lift, after a few sets, I start getting like cramps in the muscles im working. Its like I just woke up, and I started stretching to fast, but in the middle of the day. Has anyone else experienced this?
Im currently on 140mcg, little or no sides at this point, except the cramps. 5g of taurine a day, and at least a gallon of water.
