Do I need to order BA water, and do I need to buy a rubber stopper, or does it come with the vial.

...it's not a sterile vial unless it's a pre-sealed vial....By definition, pre-sealed vials already have a stopper....
...didn't your HCG come with BW..if not, then you'll need to order/make some...

....Depends on the vendor...Kits come with a diluent, but not all vendors ship it...If you're not sure order some BW with your vial...It's not real expensive...
