    how to split anadrol dose

    i am taking 50 mg ed should i split it into two doses or should i just take it all at once

    You can take it at once,but I'd break the tab in half and eat 25 mgs AM/ 25 mgs PM...I always space my drol dose throughout the day(2x daily).Same with winny...halo......(dbol every 4 hrs though)...

    Used to do it only once a day, but have since done my drol twice a day and I feel like it has been more effective, and virtually no sides from it.

    Dbol has an active life of 4.5 hrs.So you need to dose throughout the day when using Dbol.
