meal 1:12 boiled eggs, 2cups oatmeal
meal2: 12 boiled eggs
meal3: 4 chicken breast, mixed veggies,
meal5: 3 cans of tuna
meal6: stir fry(lots of beef and chicken w/no oil, and crazy veggies)

mon-legs, tues-shoulders, off, thurs-arms, fri-back, off, off
Been lifting for 2 years consistently.
Also take MEGA MASS 4000 3 TIMES DAILY
What would be a good first cycle for me guys? I want to put on good solid size and cut the fat at the same time. Any imput would be greatly appreciated. I would also prefer using the stealth pack's for the environment that i'm in.
