tomorrow will be 2 weeks on clen and i think im going to stop after tomorrow and take 2 weeks off, im thinking about doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off for 12 weeks. ive seen a little difference in body fat but not what i really want yer, i know its only been 2 weeks, im really hoping to get my abs showing by the end of this and get a litter more cut and vascular. im up to 120mcg a day in 3 doses. im using arr's clen.
my question is there anything i should be taking the 2 weeks im off the clen to keep my results going? im not having any sides with the 120mcg a day, should i go up a little more when i get back on? is the 2 week on 2 week off idea the best way to do it? anyone who has used there clen and can give me advice on the best way to run this would be much appreciated. ive done many test cycles in my day but never tried a cutting cycle and have never used clen before
