alrite well my football coach is REAL old school espcially in his weight lift routine. Our school trainer and even our head coach are against it, but he says it works. pretty much we work out every day, with breaks on the weekend. We do bench 3-4x a week. this is the major concerns, We need 1 day off to recover and we shouldnt do bench everyday. we do a pyramid for the bench simply 10rep add weight 7rep add weight 5 rep and then the 7 and 10 again. other coaches say wat we are doing isnt rite but since im takin juice, should i be fine? or would u guys not recomend this routine?
