approx how much is metabolism increased by test (spec. test enth.)?

i recently started test enth. at 500mg/week. The first week, I was unable to lift for the first 5 days because of a very weird reaction to a cortisone shot i received in my rotator cuff. I sat around for 5 days (basically doing forearm work constantly with dumbells so i wouldn't go crazy) and eating as much as I could. I ate about 70% clean because of a law school paper I had due that week, but I ate a sh*tload.

Then, 3 separate people, on 3 separate occasions told me that I looked like like I leaned down a sh*tload in the past week or so. I just wanted to ask you guys with far more experience (and wisdom) to what level (or even percentage if u wanna make an educated guess) the use of test increases metabolism. I know its not as open and shut as that and that this post is oversimplifying it but, let me know if u have an idea.

actually man, it takes a few weeks for the effects to really take hold. maybe it was bad lighting, you were dehydrated whatever. anyways it is hard to get an idea without your stats. its different for everyone. Tell me more,

Ya I highly doubt you would be experiencing weight loss within the first week with little to no excercise and increasing your caloric intake.
Did you get this shot before you started your cycle? If so you shoulda waited, now your just wasting it cuz you're not even training.

ive heard around that test can cause a thermogenic effect when you get up to doses of 4 g per week. low doses would just keep you in a anobolic state to preserve muscle while using up more body fat.
