    1 year progress

I found some old pics of myself recently.....and wow, even I am totally amazed at the difference between these pictures.

Pics are spaced out 52 weeks apart- a year and about 1 week. No joke, that's the time frame, just barely over a year. The first picture was in mid feb of 2005. The last two were taken early last week.

Now obviously i have a lot more acne in the last 2 pictures- for obvious reasons. I have tamed it a bit with some panthetic acid and acne pads, but it is still bothersome. I've gained about 22lbs of weight from the first picture- and i know i've put on more muscle than 22lbs as i've lowered my bodyfat. Another thing- my stretch marks are insane now, my skin feels very very thin also.

Comments, criitique, suggestions are much appreciated

body looks better....acne would get me to stop using though

  3. #3
The only thing i have been told that will really get it "cleared up" is accutane, which i am not willing to do......This is what dr. said

Having said that, i bet a lot of amateur/ pro bb'ers are on that stuff though...

    i have completed two cycles:

My first one was not as good as my second- for one reason. MY DIET was insufficent!!!!!!!!! I had trouble eating enough. Argh, it's the truth though

    First cycle: 1-4 dbol i think 30 or 40 mg. 1-10 test e 500mg, deca 400mg.

    Second cycle i did in the fall: 1-4 anadrol 75mg, 1-12 test e 750mg, 1-11 deca 300mg and 1-11 tren-e about 400mg.

    After a 2 month layoff from cycling i started again recently.... this time it's 1-4 dbol 50mg, 1-11 test-e 750mg, 1-10 tren-e 400mg, 1-10 EQ 400mg

I have already added in a week 10 lbs to my bench- Just shy of 360 now! In that first pic i think i could bench about 215 for maybe 3 reps. Today i can bench 355 for 6-7 on a good day, though it varies somewhat.

My diet now is just crazy.......like 4500-4600 cals......5-6 medium-large sized meals......3 cans of tuna fish per day, 12-18 oz of chicken......lots of rice, fruits, and an occasional dessert and cheat meal to keep me happy

I credit the diet as being critical- However, if i were to have eaten like i have been eating without the gear, you'd be looking at a much fatter me now.

    thats wicked bench bro..congrats..
when did you notice the acne more, during the second cycle, when tren was introduced?

  7. #7
yes, you are correct, acne developed a bit during first cycle, but it was more pronounced with second cycle. The tren seems to be the culprit, though i do not go over 400mg per week. But i think it is also the tren that has helped me explode (Again, with diet and insane training of course)

Try and get some retin-a micro .1% and adoxa 150s. that should help clear up your acne before going to accutane.

Wow that acne is really bad... I thought I was peppered bad and never anything like your arms or chest although back as looked that bad on me.

Actually I break out worst on deca then I do tren enanthate... although I am starting to get where i cant wait to get off because, Wow you can get emotional big time on the stuff... for some reason I have been jealous of wife like never before and emotional over it even though I dont have anything to worry about with her... I think its the tren and maybe its how it gives me my version of roid rage.

wow, that acne would prolly get me to stop. Ever consider tanning to dry your skin out a little? although at this stage it would prolly cause scarring.

  12. #12
yeah, i've always been acne prone, if you will, so that makes things worse. There are some lucky people who are not prone to acne, who are definetely quite happy about that, and i think there are definetely some who are, but take things like accutane so they don't have it. I'm not willing to take really powerful drugs for the acne right now

that's kind of weird, tren really doesn't give me any bad sides besides the acne. I maybe feel a little more aggressive, but i take it out on the weights. Insomnia has developed occasionally, but even that is not too bad. No hair loss problems which is nice

i've gotten random breakouts for about a decade or more- when i was in my earlier teen years especially. Certainly there were times where my acne cleared up, but then there were times where it would become a problem out of nowhere.

    read his post above yours........

  22. #22
im pretty sure though as i said its not gyno. The consistency of the zits is basically the same as the other ones i have

It would be nice if i could take a magic pill to make it go away, and as i have stated, i am on a relatively safe/ low-moderate effective treatment now. it has had an effect. But the doctor told me when i saw him (He kind of frowns upon my use, but that is not the point)- he told me that the only way to kiss the acne goodbye would be through accutane. I am not willing to take that medication now.

Yes. I've heard numerous times that accutane can be damaging to the liver. Couple that with oral AAS for 8-10 weeks a year i don't think it would be a good idea. But it could be my fears are overblown.

Dude, drop the cycle and get on accutane. I'd never take off my shirt if I were you, no offense. You look solid though, that's for sure.

    WTF?
Anyways, I would try the accutane, and on the next cycle just try skipping the orals. This would probably help you feel a bit more comfortable about your liver and all...

I was thinking the same thing, you're not concerned with taking illegal drugs that are far more harmful to your body, but you won't take accutane? doesn't add up to me. Good transformation tho.

Traps are wicked good and your chest looks strong. i think you need to get your arms caught up with the rest of your body.

i think my arms are pretty good actually......def. one of my stronger areas. Here's a pic i took recently also... I am also getting that "cannon" look to my shoulders

if i were to pick a weak spot it would still be my quads... I've made big improvements though as i think you can see from the pics, BUT I never trained them for a long time while i trained everything else.

thanks yeah the angle of the camera def. makes a difference.

I also changed my arm routine recently......i used to train arms (and everything else) once every 10-11 days or so..... i trained with just extreme volume, like 15-20 sets for bi's and tri's. I decreased the volume in my new routine- And i am training arms and everything else every 8th day, split into 5 workouts (averages to about 4.5 workout days per week) I only am training with 8-9 sets for bi's and tri's, and i have found that the lowered volume REALLY lets me put 110% into each and every set...... whereas before with the huge volume, my energy decreased significantly after like 11 sets, and the rest of the sets really ended up being a waste.

Incase anyone is interested......for traps i do two workouts, once every 8 days too, and two traps exercises per workout. For my first workout i will use dumbells and will do dumbell shrugs (very heavy and very high reps- i'll use the 140's for like 30 reps) 3-4 sets, and i will do 3-4 sets of dumbell upright rows, really focusing on the squeeze.

The second workout, i do barbell shrugs and barbell upright rows, and i do not do so many reps per set, and i go heavy ( i recently shrugged 495 for a set of 5 reps)

Over the past year i've learned three crucial things that i used to be headstrong about: 1) Always train with good form and feel as much as a pump as possible, 2) diet, diet diet, and enough calories! and 3) Sleep, 8-9 hours per day......i used to not get much sleep at all. Not getting enough sleep and then trying to workout= Horrible workouts that are torture imho.

Not to drag out the acne issue...but, do you realize you'll be covered in scars if and when the acne does go away if you don't fix it asap?

After my second cycle the acne just would not go away...it was only on my face and nothing near as bad as yours and I damn near lost my mind over the shit. I'm on accutane right now and getting monthly blood tests...so far so good...after the first 2 months I've been spotless...shit works like magic.

I guess all I'm saying is don't let the doc scare you out of doing the accutane...with blood tests you should be safe.

Other than that you've made a hell of a transformation...congrats on that. I hope you can get the acne prob sorted out.

About the stretch marks...I had that problem too. Between my shoulders and chest I've got some big ones, I found that using vitamin e lotion in the morning and night helps keep them from getting worse FWIW.

    Good Luck

Yes, accutane is the miracle drug for acne.
