i have trouble with getting igf l lr3 through customs due to it being in a vial . is it possible to get my mate to take it out of the vial and just send it as powder in a plastic sealed bag . ?

lr3 igf-1 is a very fragile peptide. so taking it out of the vial and send it in a plastic bag is def gonna ruin the lr3. and not to think about what will happen if it open up when going through mail, then the whole anthrax panic comes out again.
