I bought a laptop from a crack head for a crack head price .It was running windows xp professional but couldnt get in cause had a password . So I swiped everything in the drive and installed windows xp service pack 1 .The problem now is some of the devices aren't working properly .I bought an resource cd for dell latitude D600 .I loaded the cd but still couple devices not working properly .Under other devices :ethernet controller and network controller says its not installed .Any suggestions ?
