Hi everyone im a new member to the site and after reading some of the other post I see that this site is no joke and you guys take your shit seriously, so do I that is why looking for advice from you guys
I just turned 20, 4 day ago I have been lifting for 4 years seriously I follow the proper diet for what my goals are at the time. 6 week ago I weighed 225 with about 18 percent body fat when I was told about a photo shoot opportunity taking place in 12 week I started dieting because I want to be around 190lbs and about 6 percent body fat.
I take training and bodybuilding very serious so after the shoot I want to put all my size and weight back on I don’t feel like I have enough size at 190. I want to be a bodybuilder so I feel like im already behind because I have not done some gear already.
Please don’t tell me im to young to start, my muscular maturity is good for my age and I know how to eat and supplement to put size on
Im thinking of 500mg of testosterone enanthate over 8 weeks for my first cycle?
Is that enough? Should I stack it with something else? Will this shut down my natural production of testosterone.
Any help would be appreciated
