    That's a huge open ended question.

    Depends on how you look, what else you eat during the day, genetics, metabolism, etc.

    That's like asking "what should my cheat meal look like?"

    If your cutting goal consists of getting ridiculously LARGE, FAT and OBESE, then i STRONGLY suggest pb & j .. and make sure its extra crunchy pb and also throw the pb and j on WHITE bread - lots of butter too!

    seriously tho, jam is horrible for you while cutting - way too much sugar. anpb is ok, but still high in a lot of things.

    i'd stay away from it

    Well since you are bulking that would be fine by me as long as all other aspects of your diet are in check check checkaroo... if you are looking for a way to add something to your diet i would say you are ok if the jam is sugar free and you use wholewheat or wholegrain bread, along with natty peanut butter...

    Depends on the individual. Personally, I think there are far better choices for bulking than PBJ. I would become a fat mess if I ate those routinely.

    i read somewhere pb daily moderately would actually cut and burn fat down.. and with a little teaspoon of jam on whole wheat... is it really that bad for bulking or even cutting i dont think so
