    yes iowa known for its wrestling, and there also two fine camps in iowa for ufc fighting pat miltch gym and matt hughes gym

    thanks everyone, im here to get some help so i can be ready for the nogi championships at the arnold in march. the 43 yr old body doesnt come back like when i was younger, ive been out the game for a few years and now i starting to compete again. that why im here to get help to get over the mountain again. and to get into the best condition i can.
