    Its real tadalafil citrate if thats what you mean. Thats all the brand name cialis is: tadalafil. Same stuff

    What is the recommended dosage for Cialis if you just wanna mess around with it to see how well it works? Do you have to take it everyday or everyother day? How long from th start of taking it does it take to start working?

    i usually use 25mg generic cialis and it works within an hour..
