    incline flys at multiple angles always works well

    no prob.. start off with incline bench or Dumbells.. that helped me increase my chest size a bit..

    hell yea. both of those are good for your front delts too

    yup.. most people want to be strong on the bench press or "ego press" for the first exercise..I am guilty of this as well i cannot lie, but when i started with incline presses it helped my chest size..

    heard that bro. i haven't done flat bench in a long time though. my tris became more of a priority. id rather have big tris than be able to bench impressive weight
