now I'm questioning my diet
It consists of aproximetly:
350g Protein/day 60 of which comes from whey protein the rest whole food
(Eggs/Chicken/Tuna)
200g carbohydrates/day 40 of which is sugar post workout rest is complex
(oatmeal/brown rice/Veggies)
and about 100g of fat from sources like peanut butter an egg yoke and trial fats from other sources
Protein eaten every 2-2 1/2 hours no carbs be4bed
6'2 233 about 13% bf
any advice on diet?! for best results? Also I am so hungry all the freakin time
