after having a couple cycles critiqued and seeing what i have available, this is the final cycle. I am 22, 210, 6ft, not sure on the body fat %. This is my 4th cycle. Heres the cycle

1-10 400 mg eq a wk by dont post a ugl....................................
1-4 30mg dbol ed by denkall
4-10 50mg ed winny (1 bottle ....................., 1 bottle the australian company with the swole kangaroo, i forgot the name)
10-11 100mg ed test prop
PCT
1-16 letrozole 1.25 mg ed
1-16 proviron 25mg ed
13-16 clomid

might drop the proviron, not sure yet. Any thoughts???

10 weeks of 17aa's straight may not be the best idea, if you're going to do that just make sure you get you bloodwork done. I would run the eq longer then that as well, so basically I would recommend extending the entire duration of the cycle.

My thoughts are outlined in red
The reason for the changes are as follows:
1. Test should be run longer than EQ (I like 2 weeks longer)
2. EQ should be run for atleast 12 weeks...hence the 14 week Test
3. I wouldnt run winny more than 6 weeks, and it can be run up until the day before PCT starts to help you into PCT.
4. Prop is pointless for one week, and winny will do the job in the end anyways, no need to add another ester of Test in there. Or use Prop and cut the winny out, that is an idea. If so run it for 4-6 weeks and discontinue it 11 days after last Test E shot and start PCT 3 days later.
5. Letro does not need to be run that high on cycle, .25mg - .50mg is fine. And do not run letro into PCT or your sex drive will never come back.
6. Clomid should be run 4 weeks.
7. Nolva should be included and run as long as needed to return sex drive to normal.

changing the length of the cycle i was thinking of changing the doses on test and eq

1-14 test e- 750mg wk
1-12 eq 600 mg wk

my goals are to pick up 20-25 lbs of lean muscle, and drop off some body fat. I just cleaned up my diet and uped the cardio so i can shed some more weight before getting on. My set start date is may 10th, im putting it off till then just to drop 10 more lbs.

I would say 12 weeks is a minimum.

I wouldnt mind running deca, i know id gain more, but im looking more for lean muscle mass, not just bulk. I never ran test over 12 weeks, so running eq for 15 weeks and test for 17 weeks would be daring on my part, would you keep the doses at 500 mg test e per week, and eq at 400mg, or up them to 750 mg per week of test e, and 600mg of eq. thanks again guys for the imput

I dont really think you need to up the doses. And now you dont have to run the EQ for 15 and Test for 17, stick to what I originally drew up for you. If you run it any longer you are getting into HCG territory. Some would even suggest usign it with a 14 weeker, although I have dont 14 weeks without HCG and never had a prob.
