    one time steroid use!

    ok, in an earlier thread i posted i wanted to know if its ok to b e18 and to be on steroids and now i know its not good for my growth...also, i said i will only take steroids one time to which many ppl said i wont beacuase once u take it u wanna take it again...what i was wondering is what if someone just uses steroids one time just to gain a little muscle......and then never use it again....trust me there are ppl with a strong will.....but my question is that would the one time use of steroids have any serious side effects or being only once it wouldn't be that serious...also how much muscle could be expected to grow in one cycle.....any replies will be appreciated!

    its not even worth it you would keep anything out of a cycle forever so whats the point if your going to run them than do it dont have ass with this one cycle shit either u use them or you dont use them

    all depends on what u are running how long the cycle is, pct, all of that.

    youre too young. it doesnt make any sense to get on aas for one cycle to gain what you could when it is just as easy to do it naturally. think about it.

    At the age oh 18 yes one cycle could be very bad for you. If could close growth places and kill your natty test production.

    i wanna do this so that when i go to university in september i can showoff just like all those other guys who are all handsome an stuff. i been skinny all my life and i dont want to spend all these fun years of university being like that....ok the main reason is chics... i know some of u will say that some chics like skinny dudes or chics aint everything but man i wanna have fun too and for that i m willing to do anything even steroids. my elder bro is big and muscular my younger borhter is all ripped up and has a six pack, the youngest one is 6 ft and 14 years old weighs as much as me and i m the skinny dude with a tire belly...my workout is crappy and my diet is shitty...i dont know wat to do!!!

    Work out hard eat eat and eat. When you turn 22 is whan you should start thinking about the first cycle.

    if thats why you want to use steroids then thats your first problem your only 18 and like gsxxr said it could close growth plates and kill nat. test production which you wouldnt want to happen what is your experience anyway have you ever worked out before give some more info, however even if you have been lifting for a while i would just stick to otc supplements like creatine and stuff like that you could easily get big being natural if you really went on a strict program of training and diet plus you wouldnt retain much of the gains you make on steroids at such a young age because you probably dont have much of a base to begin with

    i been workin out for two weeks now before that i worked out a couple of months on and off...i bought all the stuff i need to by for my diet...btw my diet is based on the bulking sample given on the forum...i workout every other day...day 1 bis tris....day2 chest back.....day 3 legs....and so on..

    If your diet is shitty then your not follwing the bulking sticky in the diet forum. you maynot be able to follow it exactly but it should give you a good idea on what a bulking diet should look like. You said you've been working out a couple months on and off, thats just wasting your time. Once you decide that you will be working out constantly then decide to buy otc supps like creatine and protein. last it's really up to you, your desire to change must be greater than your desire to stay the same. Not trying to flame but be a man, hit the gym 5-6 days a week, keep intensity high and @ your age you will grow rapidly. Your in college you have all the time in the world to be hittin the gym, if you build it the girls will come

    no way..its not as easy to do it naturally..if it was nobody would be using gear

    a good physique comes from hard work and dedication..you will only get out of it what you put into it..if you are serious about building muscle check the diet forum (which you already have) and workout forum and build your own routine and let the members critique
