Help Test Depot& Deca Cycle

I have 1 bottle of Test Depot 200/mg and a bottle of Deca QV 200/mg..HOw do i cylce these..should i take a shot of test on monday then a shot of deca thursday?? any Advice would be good..160 5'9 20

in my opinion, you should put the bottles in your sock drawer and read as much as possible on this board about what you have for a few weeks minimum to get and understanding and then rethink what you want to do.
