1 cup of low fat tomato sauce
MEAL 4
6 oz minced beef(lean)
8 oz potatoes
1 cup of vegatables
MEAL 5
8 tbsp of cream and rice
1 cup of pineapple
protien bar
MEAL 6
7 slices of roast beef
3 slices of tomato
1 slice of pitta bread
1 large bannana
