    Highest quality gyms?

    Anybody know which company u would consider, is known for the highest quality of gyms?

    Like one of my coaches once said..."You can lift weights in a pro facility, or in a garage...if you work hard the results will be the same" As far as "high quality gyms" only thing I see differently is machines, because weights are weights.

    golds and powerhouse for sure but flash is right, look at arnold and lou on early years dont tell me they were not getting great workouts!! iron is iron its what and how much you lift, dont forget intensity!!!

    What about ballys? I have never been there to know anything about them.

    anything but nysc and all the sports clubs for that matter over priced and well there sport clubs....i dont care what gym it is as long as there's a descent amount of machines and db's that go to 200lbs...

    yes but overall golds rules i also like powerhouse, ballys sucks but sorry, hey luca as far as 200lb bells i agree!!!!

    its mad annoyin when they go to like 120lbs...i love doin shrugs with over 165....but my golds dont have anything over that...

    I am pretty sure my golds has 200lb bells and i it is one of the smallest branches i have seen. No one ever goes there either

    Anybody know the friggin difference between world's and gold's gym? They were both founded by joe gold, so what is the friggin difference?

    Sup bro, I love going to the Athletic club in Boca when I am in town. Tons of milf's in there, and I Love having my car hand washed while I lift and play B ball. You ever been there?

    i think lifetime fitness is the best ive been too...yeah its a pussy gym but they have endless machines and racks....3 squat racks, deadlift box, 5 leg press machines, 4 bench press, 3 incline bench press, only 1 decline though, probably 100 cardio machines, oh yeah they also have a hack squat...4 lat pulldowns as well...i could go on forever but yall get the idea.
