    9 weeks in to cycle

    hi guys 9 weeks into my sust cycle ,32 pounds gained altogether so far ,just got my pct today hope to keep alot of my gains when i come off .bulking natty is my goal for the rest of the year now.do you think my cycle was a waste of time and money ..................

    carlos you are right man ,i made a big mistake as lots of the guys on here will tell you just gonna se my cycle out ....hight 5,10, weight ,11stone...........lifting last year for 8 months but stoped for 3 months when girl had baby ......

    Damn bro, how many cycles have you done? Or was that Dbol cycle you were bragging about at the begining of this one?

    yes that dbol cycle was a front load on this cycle ran dbol for 6 weeks at the start.as for bragging i dont think i was ,i was just telling you guys what i was takeing .....

    i know that now .i am 11 stone now try and bulk to about 13 befor my next cycle ....then run sus and winny ..........what efects will this cycle have on my next cycle

    honestly i would just stop thinkin of juice as the answer...8 months trainin natty realy aint shit...not flamin..but after this cycle u should really stay natty for a few years and just tune diet and learn everthing more...

    A big thing people don't understand is that Gear is a small piece to the bodybuilding puzzle and should only be considered once one has reached their natural potential...Gear should be used to push you beyond what you could do naturally, not help you get there...

    ok, this guy has done his cycle already, made good gains, why do ya'll keep flaming him after all said and done. he achieved his goals, so right there u got a reason to respect that...it means he got resolve....instead of flaming him we shud be assisting him so that he keeps his gains and never has to juice again. whats done is done cant be changed.....****s sake this guy is probably having the best time of his life....hey man....enjoy while u have it...i can imagine him with 32 lbs lighter and lookin like a stick

    Hope you can keep what you got still man was a waste you could have built much more naturally but I know you're probably sick of hearing that so good luck just work your ass off and keep a good diet

    Nark was pointing out that because you did not have a good base of muscle to start with it will be that much more difficult to hold on to what you have aquired........
    you must do pct mate even if it only means you get your natty back............
    you will keep some but imo because of the lack of insight before you started you will more than likely be dissapointed.....but hey who am i.........you make keep the lot....

    great gains you got there bro ,just keep it up and you will keep most of your gains ,not having a base and loosing all your gains is just bullshit ,it all depends on your diet ,rest and training ,starting at a good base is just intended to assume that you have your training and diet in check thats all,its not related at all to keeping gains ,and by that i mean that if both a big and small guy used steroids and both have the same knowledge about training and diet there is a likely chance that both of thems will keep a nice mass after proper pct,what is done is done just run proper pct ,follow a good diet and routine and you will be able to keep most of your gains .not all of us use gear to be insanely huge or to compete every one has his personal reasons and we can only give advice thats all...good luck bro

    I must admit, an idiot without knowledge keep alot of his first cycle gains if he don't drug it or booze it away. You did good, and the chest is really getting nice, I can imagine how flat everything was before. You just do that pct right, and stay off drinking and shit during that time and eat good stuff. You will make it, have discipline.

    wow thanks man thats made me really confatant now .i have so mutch bad feed back on what i have done it is really nice to hear some good comments ,as for my chest i have not trained it for 5 weeks due to a injury ,i thought it was looking on the bad side but after that coment i feel better...traps need work thou

    To be honest that wouldve been extremely easy to do without gear, i would believe someone if they said they didnt train and were your size. Anyway whats done is done, you have clearly made good progress, well done, but make sure you keep at it now and forget about gear for a bit, get your diet and training sorted and start gaining some mass consistantly naturally. Once you have gained a good few more lbs and are more sure of what you are doing and what works for you, then you can think about trying another cycle. This site is great a source of knowledge for all aspects of bodybuilding, so have a good read of all the sections to improve your understanding and help with your progress. Good luck.

    Wow most of you guys in this thread must be genetic FREAKS 'extremely easy' to gain 30+ pounds natty? Please.
    I agree you shouldn't have started the gear so early but i highly doubt you're past your genetic muscle carrying limit so i would bet with proper PCT and adequate caloric intake you can keep most of your gains, it will be more difficult than if you did things 'right' and waited until you had a base to begin with but if you put in the work and commitment i'm sure you won't waste your money.

    Concentrate on your diet and forget the thread parrots “Squawk! You’ll lose all your gains! Squawk”!

    Edit: This is NOT directed at anyone in this thread (well @ Nark a lil) just those who will eventually see it and make negative comments

    Dont worry bro whats done is done, like I told you before "a mistake is not a mistake, if you learn from it" (which you seem to have learned). Use this as a positive learning experience, it will only better your self, knowledge and experience.

    As far as keeping your gains, try to up your calories while on pct by 500 or even a 1000 (to try to keep as much gains as possible) train right, run pct the correct way and you should be fine.

    Take the negative feedback, flame etc... as a motivation and let it help you achieve your goals even better. Let it push you more and work harder, while on pct to achieve your goals.

    Dont let it depress, stress you or let it upset you in anyway possible. That will only cause even less gains while on pct due to the fact that You wont be able to eat/train properly if you let this get to you.

    Congrats and take some final pics for us after pct and keep us updated on how things go, wish ya the best

    btw what were your stats before the cycle began and now?

    11stone=160 pounds ......before cycle started i was 127 pounds i was realy skinny but well toned ,just needed that kick start and i think running this cycle has given me that...thanks for your comments ....
