I'm 4 weeks in on a 12 week 500mg p/w cycle of test E, I'ts my first cycle. I've got a good diet in place and have so far put on 11lb. My strength is going through the roof and my arms, back and shoulders have all really bulked up. The problem is my chest although getting stronger doesnt seem to want to grow. This is not a new problem to me as my chest has always seemed to lag behind. No matter what exercises or reps I do my flat chest remains. Just wondered if any of you guys could give me a few hints or tips? Please dont tell me its all down to genetics and I'm stuck with it. Thanks again.
P.s ive been lifting on and off for 6 years, serious for the last 2. Im 25 years old 5 10" and 190lb
