Puffy Nips!!!

fellas me and my buddy both started a cycle as follows

1-10 test E 500mg

1-8 Deca 300mg

We are into week two and his nipples got puffy and are sticking out about a half inch already. My question is should he start taking nolva 10-20 mg ED?
and i havent shown any signs yet but should i start taking 10mg ED just for precautions?

Is this a first cycle? the puffy niples could have been caused by progesterone(sp?) from the deca, or the estrogen from the test aromatizing.. if it is from the deca, I dont know if nolva helps much with that.. B6 could possibly help, and there is another compound but I forget the name.. and to reverse the effects of gyno with nolva would take more like 80mg a day until the puffiness subsides.. then he can run a maintenance dose of 10-20mg a day.

yea this is a first cycle... weird thing is he just called me about 45 min later and said it went away?? we take b6 already... so should we just start the nolva 20 mg ED anyway and if it comes back move to some stronger like L-dex

YA , doesnt really just go away but if he says so, sucs, I took puffy sensitive nipples lightly and now I have gyno, food for thought.

no, it wont get rid of gyno but may reduce the puffiness slightly. I'd go with Letro.

anti-es and think about the diet.

I'd suggest you run a type II AI immediately. This will help reduce/control estrogen levels in the body, as well as preventing progesterone related gyno. Progesterone related gyno wont arise unless estrogen is present. The puffy nipples will be due to estrogen related gyno. A SERM (Nolva) will only block estrogens sides, but will do nothing to prevent progesterone realted gyno.

My puffy nips always go away in Pct... I always get so worked up on cycle cause they get all puffed up and i take nolva and letro and whatever to try and get rid of it... but always the same thing pct they go right back to the way they were

I had a pretty good size Hump underneath my right nip after my last cycle.. Im taking 20mg of Nolva and 2.5mg of Liquidex.. and my lump is actually going away?

I would use 20mg of nolva ed for your friend and 10mg for u the hole cyckle!

Trying to learn as much about gyno and strategies for combating it. Can you please explain what a Type 2 AI is?

it shud start to go down wen cycle is over throw sum nolva into ur mix to prevent further probs....DaRkOmEn

nolva amount depends how good it is, some brands you only need like 10mg a day to prevent gyno on a 500mg test cycle. but with shitty brands you might need MUCH more
