    not feeling so beefy...

Well since my shoulder injury in DEC and my broken hand 6 weeks ago, I have not been able to train heavy and I hope I have not lost a step to getting to 270lbs??

I injured my front delt and rotator cuff attempting to max out at 500lbs with no shirt...shit I did 405 naturally 2 times. I figured 4 months into the cycle that i could go for 500...well, I did work my way up to it. I did get 475. but the next max time I was working up to 500 and pushed it too hard. I am almost 100% sure the 50mgs of winny caused the injury. Never train heavy while on winny. just my .02

Whatever you lose while off will be easily regained. Sometimes a break in training can lead to a new level of development.

Never really been a big fan of winny or my body just doesn't respond to it too well. Still thats just a shit load of weight man and anything can happen when you go heavy like that. Thats why I'm very thankful I never injured myself when I hit 605 a several months ago - I was just sore as hell for about 3 days - shoulders, chest, and back. I took that as a sign that I may be pushing the envelope too far and decided to be happy to get what I did and not push it further. I wasn't wearing a bench shirt either and sometimes wonder what I could have lifted if I used one but it doesn't matter now. I'm really trying to go for the "look" now so I won't be maxing out anytime soon. I still hover in the 500's every now and then just to see if I still can but it's more about reps and form now. Good luck on your recovery bro - most of it will be mental but once you get past that part - you'll get 500 and beyond! You still looked jacked so don't be too hard on yourself!

Thanks for the positive vibes fellas...

I know 90% of it is mental. I know I am just going to focus on reps. I just wanted to see if I could get 500 since I did 405 2 times naturally. I know I pushed too much too soon.

I am not a fan of WINNY, but I had some STANABOLS on hand and I wanted to rid myself of some extra water before I went home for Christmas to see the parents.

I agree, its the best u have ever looked, far from the Mack Truck of times gone by.

Great shape and size, awesome thickness.

The injury was a blessing I think - it made you take some time out and SLOW down.
