I'm sure there is something in the sticky above about the Harris-Benedict Formula.
its all dependent on what you want to do theres no such thing as a specific breakdown of macros it depends what your goals are post up what your goals are and you will get some better help on this!

I have worked out since I was 15 but after 3 kids and eating rite along side the lady’s I have packed on a spare tire that I am not proud of to say the least..
Currently doing cardio in the am and weight training at lunch time.
My diet is something like this
9:00 1 jumbo egg and 2 jumbo egg whites 3 or so slices of turkey bacon half cup of cottage cheese
11:30 1 can of tuna on a low carb mission wrap mixed up with miracle whip
12:30 half a cup grilled boneless skinless chicken breast half a cup rice
Work out
1:30 I have been using my isopure meal replacements as pwo for the moment cause I was broke.
2:00 2 cups grilled boneless skinless chicken breast 1 cup of rice
5:00 1 can of tuna on a low carb mission wrap mixed up with miracle whip
7:00 1 cup ground turkey with a bit of salsa and cheese On a Mannies wrap
10:00 cottage cheese with Jell-O sugar free to kill carb cravings
sticking with it even if the chocolate fairy keeps trying to seduce me or not!!!
bump for for a bit of help on what i should be consuming for pro/fat/carb.
its working out around 40/40/20 pro/fat/carbs i am thinking i need to streamline the fat even tho it is low in sat fat.
any suggestions
