Well, right now I use vitamin worlds "ultra vita man" vitamins. I know there are those packs out there of vitamins that have the combo's of some solid pills, some liquid-jel's, etc, under the premise that some vitamins are far more readily absorbed in liquid form.
Now, can anyone confirm based on any studies or research done to show conclusive evidence that these combo pills are more readily absorbed by the body and hence more worth the money? Oh, and I'd like to see research done that wasn't by the companies that make the combo-pack pills, cause obviously they'd manipulate the studies to be in their favor. Thanks guys.
