    Eating right ahhhh

when eating right i always seem to spend all my spare time making/preparing my food, and its doing me head in, i ****ing hate cooking and preparing food, i always **** it up and everything i eat tastes like shit, im sick. i know some people will try and tell me how to cook and give me recipes but trust me youl be wasteing your time, im absolouteluy useless in the kitchen department, me mam, both granmas, girlfriend have tried to teach me but it aint ever guna happen. So to the point, eventually i here you say,

what is the healthiest way to eat processed foods, micro meals etc, are what to get from the sandwich shop?
i can make oats and eggs which i do, i can go to sandwich shop for dinner, but evening meal am stuck with eggs, for eva.

sorry about the rant, please try and giv me some gud ideas.

    lmao!

yah, do what tai said, that's what I do, too.

tell your fam to get with the program, so you can grow, and stop eating your prepared meals. Or else get your own little fridge with a lock (I had to do that before in certain living situations)

Invest in a good grill . or even a counter grill.. these saved my life on eating 2 day old chicken ... never, never ..

I am very picky in my eating... so I make things easier to cook them quickly.. I always have a freshly prepared dinner.. During the day I will have made meals 2-4 the night before .. meals 1,5,6 are at home for me so it is easy to do..

    good luck
