another girl problem

Let me give you some background on this situation...

first the girl who I am dating. She's smart beautiful, driven, fit, sexy, classy, sexually satisfying, a christian, really everything you could ask for.

Last year I went to VA BEACH with 7 of closest my friends three of which were girls. we hung out, partied, surfed, sat on the beach, walked the boards, you named it we did it we had so much fun. (I was not seeing the girl, I am now, at this time.)

This year we're planning on going back same crew, do prettty much of the same things.

SO my problem is this girl, we'll call her JAYNE... Jayne doesnt want me to go bc shes says its something i wouldve done before I ment her. The whole party scene, and while I have matured A LOT over the past year, I still dont see how a week WITH MY CLOSEEST FRIENDS is that big of a deal.

She says ohhh if youre in such a commited relationship you dont need to go down there and get drunk and party for a week....Her main issue is the three girls going... Now 1. IS FAT and I wouldnt touch it with a 10ft pole GIRL#2. is effing my best friend and GIRL#3 has a serious boyfriend

I just got off the Phone with her and told her i will try and replace the three girls but if I cant I'm stilll going, and she was like well the andre i dont want to be you...

Or, she can go w/you but I get the impression that's not an option.

I mean, u guys aren't married, and that being the case don't let anyone control you or change things like this unless you feel you want to marry and give another that respect. (to change your life essentially)

On a serious note: I would stay because if you go, you will lose your gf (which you describe as being almost perfect) and you dont want to risk that.Also if you stay yes your friends will be mad at you, you wont have the fun you were hoping for but I doubt you would lose them.

The main issue is her insecurity. She thinks you'll be banging everything. If thats true...well...no need to worry about the relationship. If it is not true, you need to find a way to help her feel more secure...get real serious with her, talk and try to understand her point of view. How would you really feel if she were busting out to party for a week without you...with tons of single guys around and going with a party that included 3 other guys....hell I think most of us here would feel abit insecure about that. But as Mizfit said, ultimately it you that has to decide what is more important to you...her...or a week of killing brain cells and raising you liver enzymes through the roof? JMO. ....You read my mind. If you invite her, then the onus is ON HER as to why she can't go. Hey, you invited her, if her parents are so strict, that's not your fault, is it? Another thing, if you expect this controlling behavior to improve once you are really committed (ex. married), then I have some nice swampland in Florida to sell you - cheap!
