I personally dont spend that much on a multi I go and get the active one daily but in my opinion I would go with Mega Mens
I think they are two different things.
You'll find more Amino profiles in the Animal Pak.
The Mega Man is a multi with a few tweaks for good measure.
I've taken both and I would recommend taking both together for a nice base if you're new to supplements.
Couple these with some Whey protein and a good diet - you should see some decent gains.
animal pak wins...ive taken both...the difference is that animal pak is 8 pills...megamen is 2 pills...i still take megamen though because its more convenient and cheaper.

I didn't see Vitamin A as a large portion in the Animal Pak when I looked at the profile. I have always thought the body absorbed a lot more of this than we all think. From what I've read you could eat 3 oz. of chicken and drink a glass of carrot juice and you're all ready at 400% + of daily intake.
Here is where I found the Vitamin A info
I just didn't think you get the BCAA's from the regular Mega-Men
I've just used an "average" multi when I've taken Animal Pak and it's worked out decent for me.

i have heard that the animal paks are too many compounds and that they are not worth it! the gnc vitamins are just packed with a bunch of vitamin b
I usally have 1 GNC Mega Men in the morning with food, then 1 animal pak pre workout later on in the day. uber nutrients
i dont know why you would rely on multivitamins as a source of bcaas.Originally Posted by TADOLFI
