i think it smore from stabilization than anything else
Im not too sure, maybe just standing up all day probably bent over slightly because you are pushing.
tank you got some pretty interesting threads i must say..
damn thats 1540 lbs of meat... u pushin it?
yes..................
thats sucks! just your just burning more calores bro, by lifting,do heavy duty work, running, being on your feet all the time. I hate those heavy duty jobs. I use to work as a mover when I was younger and faaak I hated it. You just have to up your calories in your diet.( I know this isn't related to your question) just a friendly diet tip![]()
thanks juice the job is very heavy duty everday.
Maybe try looking for a different job if possible, then you wouldn't have to try stuffing your self all the time. Unless you really like it and it pays welll (which I doubt you like it or it pays well) no offense.
pays 220GBP PER WEEK .job is not the best thou ,but i do get very good tea breaks ........keeps me going mate...........
Pushing movements work more of your anterior delts.
as someone suggested probably the bent-over, stabalizing muscles.
