Reconstituing HCG

Mine came in with 5000iu amp, and an amp of solvent. Could somebody please explain reconsitituing procedures, storage procedures and anything else needed to utilize HCG? i am following Hooker(or Anthony Roberts) pct routine, minus aromasin (unless i manage to afford it in the next 3 weeks).

I usually mix 5ccs of some kind of solvent with the 5000ui, so i get a ratio of 1000ui per cc.

I then suck the mixed hcg up, and squirt it into a sterile vial.

if you dont have a sterile vial, you might be able to store it in a sterile syringe, although a vial would be prefered.

i read an article on this site that said to start with 250 to 500 ui. Y so much?

it came with an amp of solvent that is 1 ml, should i place that in an insulin syringe and remove it from there?
also does it have to be refrigerated, or frozen?
