Hey guys, I am very new at this, so I am just trying to get some information before I do anything. I am currently 6'3, 265lbs. I have some BF I want go get off, and ADD mass as well. I see all over the internet that there are steroids that help loose bf, and gain mass. Do these actually work? I want to get down to about 220lbs, then after that mass alot. I know that I need a good diet, and I know what I need for a diet, its motivation etc that I gotta focus on. Besides the point, what do you guys suggest I do? Just do a normal diet, seems like it will take for ever, or try these? I stopped working out for about a month but im starting up again. I basically just need to know what will be the fasted route to get to 220lbs. Let me know guys, thanks.![]()
