    IM Injection problems

    I have recently given two IM injections into the upper outer quadrants of my buttocks. The mix was 1cc Deca and 1cc Sust. Usually I have a sore hard knot for 1-2 days after an injection. This time the site became red, inflammed, very hard, and increased in size 3-4 inches across the ridge of my butt. The injection is now weeks old and the problem remains. Do I have bad stuff, is this an infection, or an allergic reaction? I hate to quit this early in my cycle but this is starting to make me nervous. Any thoughts!!!

    sounds like an infection or an abcess to me get the docs now m8

    If it has been bothering you that long, I would get to a doc. Inflamations don't normally last that long.

    Id give it afew more days yet, put some heat on it and massage it, if it doesnt start to get any better in another 2-3 days go and see the doc

    I've had bruising 5 inches away from an injction site on my quad before, but it went away. So it may be possible for an abcess to occur anywhere the gear was absorbed.
    What do the rest of you think?

    if this is still there weeks after the last injection i would seriously consider going to see the doctor mate.........

    I'm asking becuse i also have bruising a 3-4 inches away from a quad injection site. Injected wed morning bruse showed up fri morning. I did a leg day thursday, i don't remember bumping it.
    Don't mean to jack your thread knoxville, it seems relevent to your question.

    yours like you said is bruising and this is very common...his is inflamed and has been the same for a few weeks which to me says he has an infection....
    my mate had an infection in his delt 2 weeks or so ago...i drained 15-20ml of crap outta it and dont think i got all of it.................very nice....

    iI kown some one that had that problem, just after two weeks he had to take a lot of iv antibotics and the pulled out 125 cc's of infections, i would see a dc now.by the way what was you running

    Update

    Thanks for the suggestions. I had decided to go to the doctor based on the advice but when I got up this morning I noticed the very center of the reddened area had turned white. Over the course of the day the redness seems to be fading from the center out. It itches like hell and is still hard and warm to the touch but I think i will just continue to monitor the progress before seeing the MD.

    Sounds like you may have some dirty gear.Id look inti it and Id say get to the docs.IMO Tell him you injected some b-12 because you were feeling lousy. GOOD LUCK
