I believe elevated estrogen is the primary cause. It closes/fuses growth plates and prevents further growth.
i think it has something to do with estrogen and how it makes the bones fuse togther. like why girls are so much shorter then men naturally.
oh rite i see, so saying that if that is the reason. do you think that in theory if you was 16 and was doing a cycle of test and you just took nolva or clomid you would be ok lol (not that i know anybody thats plannin on doing it)
isnt that what swifto just said?Originally Posted by oc pitbull
No. Its not the only cause.Originally Posted by web_uk_builder
Keeping estorgen in normal ranges would be difficult, though it may help.
The main reason a "16 year old" shouldnt cycle is the little old thing called the HPTA. That would be my main concern. Do I really need to expand more on this....I dont think so.
At 16 and years on a persons hormone levels are already at kinda an anabolic state and if someone were to take advantage of that they would see better results than say a natural 30 year old. Not worth messing with your body that young with aas.
at 16 one shouldnt even be considering usage of AAS, there are more serious issues that should be considered at that age than worrying about stunting growth.Originally Posted by web_uk_builder

Another thing...
Who knows how much estrogen is needed for this action of fusing/closing to take effect on the individual? Everyone varies. To difficult IMHO.
16 year olds shouldnt be cycling, for more than one reason other than not being as tall as daddy when older.
yer ok, i dont actually know any 16 year olds that want to cycle and i clearly wouldnt recomend that any do, i was just wondering why the growth plates would fuse, thats all
....and are you this 16 year old? Or have a younger brother or something?
so besides HPTA what else would a youngling (say 18-20) have to worry about.
A 16 year old in my opinion should be worrying about school and not about doing cycles.
haha no i have a younger brother but he would rather get stoned than lift weights, and no im not a 16 year old anymore thank ****, my mind was just wandering while i read sum other post, so i asked what was in my head ...... look what i've started![]()
